車輪精鏜孔自動加工線用于對車輪內孔半精、精鏜加工,保證相應尺寸及位置精度要求。每條鏜孔自動加工線由一臺輪轂孔數控立式鏜床、一臺自動上下料機械手、 一條車輪輸送線組成。完成對車輪的輸送、自動翻轉、自動測量、自動上料、自動加工、自動下料、車輪輸送等功能。 自動上下料機械手的工件夾緊、抬起、落下 采用液壓驅動,旋轉采用伺服電機驅動、數控控制。滿足車輪輪緣朝上和朝下兩種姿態的上下料。翻轉機構采用伺服電機翻轉車輪。采用全線自動, 避免人工易出錯、效率低、勞動強度大的缺陷。

The wheel fine boring automatic processing line is used for semi fine and fine boring the wheel inner hole to ensure the corresponding size and position accuracy. Each boring automatic processing line is composed of a CNC vertical boring machine for hub hole, an automatic loading and unloading manipulator, and a wheel conveying line. It is to accomplish the wheel conveying, automatic turning, automatic measurement, automatic loading, automatic machining, automatic unloading and wheel conveying. The clamping, lifting and lowering of the workpiece of the manipulator are driven by hydraulic pressure, and the rotation is driven by servo motor and is numerically controlled. It can load and unload the wheel in the upward and downward positions. The turning unit uses a servo motor to turn the wheel. The line is fully automatic which can avoid the defects of manual error, low efficiency and high labor intensity.
