用于各型軌道機車、車輛的單個輪對、同一轉向架的兩條輪對以及同一轉向架的三條輪對，無論在解體或不解體的狀態下，對輪緣和踏面進行在線加工。

These series machines are used for online processing the flange and tread of mounted and demounted single wheel set, the two/three wheelsets of the same bogie of railway locomotives and vehicles.
