機床簡介 | Machine profile

系統由輪對等效錐度模塊、踏面廓形測量模塊、輪徑測量模塊、輪對多邊形測量模塊、車號電子標簽識別裝置及軌邊電氣控制箱、數據管理計算機等部分組成。 動車組在線通過時自動識別車號和進車方向并完成全列輪對的全尺寸數據精確測量，全列車輪對數據可直接生成報表并上傳至用戶服務器。

The system is composed of a few modules of wheel set equivalent taper, tread profile measurement, wheel diameter measurement and wheel set polygon measurement, as well as vehicle number electronic label identification device, trackside electrical control box, data management computer, etc. When CRH train passes, it will automatically identify the train number and the direction of entry, and complete the accurate measurement of the full size data of the full train wheel set. The data of the full train wheel set can be directly generated into a report and uploaded to the user server.
