該系統為不落車床智能化系統解決方案，該方案的實施可以實現不落輪車床的現場無人化操作，只需監管人員適當參與和確認即可完成車輛輪對的鏇修。 系統包括：中央監控室、測量系統自動校驗裝置、車號車位軸位智能識別裝置、牽引車智能牽引動車定位及機床自動定位裝置、下壓爪/頂塊自動更換裝置、反光膜自動貼/取裝置、鐵屑自動壓塊裝置、加工后踏面質量智能視覺診斷裝置、斷屑刀具及刀具自動檢測裝置、輪對狀態自適應加工裝置、輪對全壽命周期數據管理子模塊。

The system is an AI systematic solution for underfloor wheel lathe. The implementation of the system can realize the unmanned operation of underfloor wheel lathe. The repair of the vehicle wheel set can be completed through proper participation and confirmation of the supervisor. The system includes: central monitoring room, automatic calibration device of measuring system, intelligent identification device of vehicle number & vehicle position & axle number, intelligent tractor positioning and automatic positioning device of machine, automatic replacement device of hold down claw/supporting block, automatic pasting/taking device of reflective film, automatic chip pressing device, intelligent visual diagnosis device of tread quality after machining, chip breaking cutter and automatic detection device of cutter, adaptive processing device of wheel set status, wheelset life cycle data management sub module.
