該生產線可應用于地鐵綜合基地、動車段、客貨車輛段的輪軸車間，可以實現輪對分解、車軸檢修及加工、車輪檢修及加工、輪對組裝、輪對鏇修、輪對檢測、軸承壓裝、軸箱組裝等全過程的自動化、信息化、智能化，生產線可根據現場需求靈活布置，可有效減少人工操作量，大幅提升輪對組裝的質量和效率。

The production line can be used in the wheel axle workshops of the subway comprehensive base, EMU base and passenger and freight car depot, and can realize the automation, informatization and intellectualization of the whole process of wheel set demounting, axle maintenance and processing, wheel repair and processing, wheel set assembly, wheel set machining, wheel set detection, bearing press, axle box assembly, etc. The production line can be flexibly arranged according to the needs, can effectively reduce the amount of manual operation, greatly improve the quality and efficiency of wheel set assembly.
