生產線簡介 | System profile

該生產線升級改造可針對地鐵綜合基地、動車段、客貨車輛段已有的輪軸檢修生產線，可根據現場需求進行定制設計，通過對既有生產線進行微調布局、對既有設備智能化升級改造、增設相關智能化設備、增加信息化系統等，實現輪對檢修生產全過程的自動化、信息化、智能化，可有效減少人工操作量，大幅提升輪對檢修生產的質量和效率。

The upgrading can be conducted on the wheel & axle maintenance production line of Metro comprehensive base, EMU base and passenger and freight car depot. It can be customized according to needs. Through a little adjustment on the layout of existing production lines, intelligent upgrading and reconstruction of existing equipment, adding relevant intelligent equipment, and increasing information systems, the automation, informatization, and intelligentization of the entire process of wheel set inspection and repair can be achieved, which can effectively reduce the amount of manual operations, greatly improve the quality and efficiency of wheel set maintenance and production.
