適用于所有采用冷壓裝工藝的動車組、客車、地鐵輪對（含輪載制動盤、軸載制動盤以及帶齒輪箱的輪對）滾動軸承的壓裝作業。機床采用計算機操控，自動生成壓裝曲線并判斷壓裝是否合格，自動記錄壓裝過程數據。主油缸采用雙筒復合油缸結構，內缸用于軸承壓裝時精確定位，外缸進行軸承壓裝且帶有位置反饋功能。兩端壓裝油缸分立壓裝，同步且速度可調。兩端可單獨自動工作、同時自動工作或人工分步操作。機床可采用在線通過式布置或離線式布置，具有接入輪軸信息化、智能化系統的擴展功能，且具有升級加裝智能壓裝輔助機械手的接口。

It’s applicable to the mounting of rolling bearings of all EMUs, passenger cars, and subway wheel sets (including those with wheel loaded brake discs, axle loaded brake discs, and gear boxes) using the cold press mounting process. It is controlled by a computer, can automatically generate the press fitting curve and judge whether the press fitting is qualified, and automatically record the press fitting process data. The main cylinder adopts double cylinders. The inner cylinder is used for precise positioning during bearing press fitting, while the outer cylinder is used for bearing press fitting with position feedback function. The press mounting cylinders at both ends are pressing separately, synchronized and adjustable. Both ends can work independently and automatically, automatically or manually at the same time. The machine can be arranged online or offline. It has the expansion function of accessing the axle information and intelligent system, and has the interface of upgrading and installing intelligent press mounting auxiliary manipulator.
