適用于輪對新造及檢修時其軸承的勻脂跑合試驗，是檢查輪對軸承及組裝質量的主要工藝手段和設備。本試驗臺為具有輪對軸承正反轉跑合、模擬車重載荷 、輪對軸承溫升監控等功能的綜合試驗臺。跑合后的輪對不需在線路上進行空車跑合實驗，可直接運營。 設備可放于地面，也可為通過式安裝。

It is mainly used for wheel set bearing grease homogenizing running test when manufacturing and repairing the wheel set. It is the main technical means and equipment for checking the quality and assembly quality of the wheel set bearing. This equipment is a comprehensive testing equipment with functions such as wheel set bearing forward and reverse running, simulating vehicle heavy load, and wheel set bearing temperature monitoring. After the running, the wheel set does not need to carry out the empty running test on the line, and can be directly put into operation. The equipment can be placed on the ground or installed in passing-through way.
